2024 Rosé

Rosé is based on a blend of cinsault, grenache and syrah and derives from vineyards around Pierrefeu du Var, about 30 kilometres from Toulon and about an hour’s drive from St Tropez. The rocky landscape dominated by the Massif de Maure is typically undulating with pine forests and a large expanse of vineyards; many on south facing slopes. The warm Mediterranean growing season followed by night harvesting lead to optimum fruit ripeness and retention of acidity. Cool-vinification preserves fruitiness, freshness and transparency.
